Oregon Court of Appeals Upholds Kingston Terrace Master Plan

On May 30th, 2024 the Court of Appeals of the State of Oregon upheld the decision by the Land Use Board of Appeals affirming the Kingston Terrace Master Plan. The Court of Appeals sided with King City, stating, "Respondent contends that petitioner has failed to meaningfully develop his arguments and, in any event that the arguments fail on the merits. We agree with respondent on both points and therefore affirm." This decision simply reaffirms what the Land Use Board of Appeals had decided earlier this year.
